It is much easier to learn meditation from an experienced teacher and these seven week courses will give you a thorough introduction to the practice of meditation. We teach two main meditation techniques: The Mindfulness Of Breathing, which emphasises stillness, clarity and awareness, while the Metta Bhavana, cultivates a calm state of mind based on goodwill to yourself and to others.

The courses also include some concepts of Buddhism that may give you a context for your practice and help you appreciate a meditator's view of the world.
